Program description

The Silver Cart Savings SMS Program sends opted-in subscribers marketing text messages promoting newly published grocery savings content, shopping tips, seasonal checklists, senior discount information, and website resource updates. Topics include grocery budgeting, weekly shopping preparation, store discount information, pantry planning, seasonal savings, coupon organization, bulk-buying tips, and shopping checklists.

The program is informational and promotional only. It does not provide quotes, applications, eligibility screening, agent outreach, provider matching, referrals, sales calls, appointments, financing, or third-party partner marketing.

Message categories

• Account notifications. Message frequency varies.
• Weekly grocery savings tips. About 1 message per week.

Each category is consented to separately and is never bundled with another.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the box for a message category on our subscribe page and providing a valid mobile phone number. Boxes are never checked in advance, and providing a phone number by itself is not consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

Message frequency

Weekly grocery savings tips are sent about once per week. New resource and discount information messages are sent up to twice per month. Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets these charges, not us.

First message

Silver Cart Savings: You are subscribed to weekly grocery savings tips and resource updates. About 1 msg/week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT to any message to end the program. After you opt out we stop sending messages for that program and send a single confirmation:

Silver Cart Savings: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply HELP for help.

We will not resume messaging unless you opt in again.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and use a United States mobile number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data policy

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
